| 摘 要： | 定义了信息系统的用户支持性,并据此将信息集成方式分成面向业务过程和面向用户群两类。通过对这两种信息集成方式的分析与比较,提出了面向用户群的信息系统解决方案,并介绍了采用此解决方案的一个应用实例。
