摘    要:在水轮发电机电磁设计中,计算极弧系数α_i、电压波形系数f_B、直轴电枢反应系数K_d、交轴电枢反应系数K_q及主极磁场波形系数C_1为分析发电机气隙磁场分布、电枢反应的五个重要电磁系数。本文以采用不均匀气隙极靴形状以及五段弧极靴形状的水轮发电机作为研究对象,选取气隙、极弧尺寸等对五个电磁系数有主要影响的参数,研究了五个电磁系数随不同参数的变化规律,并分析了针对不同电磁系数,参数间的匹配关系,从而为指导水轮发电机电磁设计以及研究水轮发电机电磁性能奠定一定的理论基础。

Study on Impact of Air-gap Width and Pole Shoe Shape of Hydro-generator on Some Electromagnetic Factors
Abstract:The pole encloseαi, voltage shape factorfB, field factor for armature reaction d-axisKd, field factor for armature q-axisKq and main magnetic field shape factorC1 are five important electromagnetic factors for analysis of magnetic field distribution, armature reaction, and so on. Both of hydro-generators with non-uniform air-gap and 5-arc pole shoe respectively are studied in this paper. Some parameters, such as air-gap width and pole shoe shape, which have main effects on the above five factors are selected. The variation of the five factors with the parameters selected is analyzed and the parameter matching also studied, which provides a theoretical basis for electromagnetic design and analysis on hydro-generator.
