摘    要:提出"集电环温度交通灯"的概念,集电环温度设计应遵守"温度交通灯"法则;建立了基于热电直接耦合的双馈发电机集电环(DFGS)系统仿真模型,利用有限元软件对DFGS系统进行三维瞬态温度场仿真计算,得到了DFGS系统的温度场分布规律;采用红外热成像仪进行DFGS系统的温度红外云图试验测试,试验结果与仿真结果非常吻合,为DFGS系统的温度场优化及故障诊断提供了参考指导。

Study of 3D Temperature Field of Doubly-FedGenerator Slip Ring System Based on Electromagnetic Coupling
Abstract:The concept of“the temperature traffic light about Slip ring” was presented.The Design of temperature on slip ring should obey the rules of temperature traffic light. A simulation model of Double-Fed Generator Slip-ring(DFGS)system based on thermoelectric coupling was created. The three dimensional (3D) temperature field was calculation using the FEM software. The characteristic about temperature field of DFGS was presented. The temperature cloud image was tested Using infrared imaging instrument. The result of simulation was in accordance with the testing. This makes the references to the temperature field optimization design and guides fault diagnosis of the DFGS system.
