| 摘 要： | 研究在基于可互换虚拟仪器的ATE测试系统中，测试软件的设计方法。说明通过程序、配置文件管理系统硬件，实现仪器硬件互换性的方法。举例对如何修改配置文件的驱动程序接口、通道映射表以适应新硬件的变更等问题作了详细说明。

| Abstract: | The design method of ATE test system software based on interchangeable virtual instrument is researched in this paper. The equipment independent of software through the INI file and program to manage the hardware is explained. Some examples are given to show how to change the interface of the driver and the channel map to fit a new instrument. |
