摘    要:对于注蒸汽热采试井必须采用复合油藏模型来代表实际油藏 ,同时还要考虑蒸汽在地层中的热损失。建立了考虑热损失的两区复合油藏有效井径的数学模型 ,导出了拉氏空间解 ;通过数值反演得到了试井分析样板曲线。通过现场实例应用 ,取得了稠油开发的主要参数 ,理论方法符合油田生产实际情况 ,对稠油开发提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:For the thermal recovery well test with steam injection,the compound reservoir model should be used to replace the actual reservoir,at the same time the heat losses to the surrounding formation must be considered.The paper establishes the mathematical model of two-region compound reservoir by considering the heat losses,and derivates the Laplace space solution,thus gets the well test type-curve by numerical inversion.The general data of the heavy oil recovery are gotten through the application of the fields.It proves that the theory is in accordance with the practical situation of the fields,and offers reliable data for the heavy oil recovery.
