摘    要:我国火电机组的高压加热器常使用碳钢管作为换热管,由于碳钢的抗冲蚀和耐腐蚀性能较差,因此,高压加热器换热管的爆管及管板被冲蚀情况屡有发生。不同的工况与水质都会加剧对换热管的冲蚀和对管板的腐蚀,对这些情况进行具体分析,提出解决措施,控制被冲蚀和被腐蚀速度,才能使高压加热器的使用寿命达到设计值。

Abstract:Carbon steel tube is usually used as the heat exchange tube in HP heaters of fossil fired power unit in China. Tube crack and tube-sheet ablation in HP heaters frequently occur because of poor anti-ablation and anti-corrosion performance of carbon steel. Ablation to tubes and corrosion to tube-sheet will be more seriously because of different working condition and water. The working life would come to design one of HP heater only if countermeasures would be put forward and the speed of ablation and corrosion is controlled.
