PHC桩在印尼电力工程中的设计与应用

摘    要:结合印尼北苏风港2 X 115 MW燃煤电站工程的桩基设计实例,基于场地岩土工程条件和电厂建筑物的特点,建议主厂房区域的建筑物和其它荷重较大地建筑物采用预应力高强混凝土管桩(PHC桩).根据PHC桩强度高、穿越土层的能力强等特点,提出了PHC桩单桩竖向极限承载力标准值计算方法及岩土的极限侧阻力和端阻力标准值的参考值,给出了PHC桩抗水平力及提高PHC基桩的水平承载力的措施和确定压桩力的方法.

Abstract:Inspired by the use of pile foundation in the design of a 2x115 MW coal-fired power plant in an Indonesian port,and taking into consideration the geotechnical conditions and structural characteristics of power plant buildings,we suggest in this essay that pipe pile of pre-stressed high-intensity concrete(PHC pile) should be employed in construction of major buildings in manufacturing areas and other buildings under high pressure. Based on high intensity and high soil-penetrating capacity,PHC pile is an ideal construction material under such circumstances.Thus,we put forward a method to calculate ultimate bearing capacity of a single vertical PHC pile,provide a series of reference values of ultimate lateral resistance of geological soil and standard values of end resistance to the pile,and present solutions to enhancing anti-horizontal resistance capacity,overcoming the horizontal bearing capacity and controlling pressure to PHC pile.
