摘    要:从Mie散射理论出发,推导了粒子计数器(OPC)测量球形颗粒物质量浓度的计算公式.考虑非球形颗粒,从颗粒群粒度分布概念出发,提出了统计意义上的等效球形颗粒数概念,给出了非球形颗粒物质量浓度的理论公式,并利用该理论公式阐明了OPC测量非球形颗粒物质量浓度计算公式的合理性,进而给出了基于等效球形颗粒数的悬浮颗粒物的质量浓度算法.实验结果表明,该算法的质量浓度计算值与实际值十分吻合,因而为实现OPC在线测量悬浮颗粒物的质量浓度提供了一种可行途径.

Abstract:Based on Mie scattering theory, the formula to calculate mass concentration of spherical particles by optical particle counter was established. Considering non-spherical particles, starting from particle size distribution,the concept of the number of equivalent spherical particles was put forward, and the theory formula to calculate mass concentration of non-spherical particles was derived. The validity of the formula for non-spherical particles was verified. On this basis, aerosol mass concentration algorithm based on the number of equivalent spherical particles was proposed. The experimental results indicate that the mass concentrations calculated by the algorithm agree well with the actual values,so this algorithm offers a fessible way for the optical particle counter to measure aerosol mass concentration in real time.
