摘    要:提出一种基于遗传算法优化的BP神经网络PID控制算法,并将其应用于永磁无刷直流电动机的转速控制系统而设计出优化的转速PID控制器。该算法首先利用遗传算法对BP神经网络的初始权值进行优化,再利用BP神经网络算法对PID参数进行在线调节,解决网络的初始权值对控制效果的不利影响,仿真证明该算法可行。

Abstract:The paper proposes a PID control algorithm based on optimized BP neural network using genetic algorithm, which is applied in speed control system of permanent magnet brushless DC motor to design the optimized speed PID controller. The algorithm optimizes the initial weights of BP neural network by using genetic algorithm firstly, and then on-line adjusts the PID parameters by using BP neural network algorithm to diminish disbennifit effect of network's initial weights on control result. The simulation result shows the algorithm is feasible.
