笨骈噻吩酮衍生物甲川型分散染料的研究(Ⅱ)染料分子结构与固色性能

摘    要:本文对苯骈噻吩酮衍生物甲川型分散染料不同的结构品种,进行了热熔固色率测定;研究了染料分子结构与染料在涤纶上的固色性能,染料的溶解度参数与固色率的关系.

Abstract:Methine disperse dyes of benzothiophenone derivatives can be represented by the following general formula:where Z = O, C(CN)2 etc; X=H, CH3 etc; R1, R2 = H, CH3, CH2CN, CH2Cl, C6H5 etc. Thermal-fixation of the dyes on polyester fibre varies with different substituents. Cyano substituent, in particular disfavors such fixation. It has been found that the greater the salubility parameter δ of the dye, the worst would be its thermal-fixation properties.
