摘    要:介绍了南洲水厂自动化控制系统的结构及组成,以及设计考虑的主要问题。针对系统规模大、监控点数多、控制复杂等特点,在传统DCS系统三层结构上进行扩展,采用最新的企业级分布式监控解决方案,应用多种通讯技术,揉合多种工业总线,解决了固定和移动设备、远程站点的卖时监控问题,实现了不同设备、不同子系统之间的数据交换,是真正意义上的一体化控制。

Abstract:The structure, composition and design consideration of the automatic monitored controlling system for Nanzhou Water Works were introduced. Concerning its large scale, large amount of monitoring and controlling points and the complexity of control, the system is an extension based on the three layers of traditional DCS structure. It adopted the state of the art distributing monitoring and controlling solution for enterprise, applied various kinds of communication technology, combined several indus- trial buses so it solved the real time monitor and control between fixed and mobile equipment, remote station, and realized the data exchange between different sub-systems. Therefore an integrated control was realized.
