PCD复合片热稳定性的灰色关联分析

摘    要:对三种聚晶金刚石复合片在空气中进行了差热(DTA)和热重(TG)曲线的分析,并采用扫描电镜对高频感应加热的复合片进行了形貌观察。继而结合聚晶金刚石的DTA曲线和SEM照片,确定以DTA曲线的起始氧化温度作为其热穗定性的表征温度。进而基于灰色系统理论,采用灰色关联分析的量化评定方法对影响其热稳定性的两种内在因素进行分析,得出灰关联序,即各因素对热稳定性影响大小的排列顺序。结果表明:粘结剂钴含量要比金刚石原始粒度对复合片热稳定性的影响大。

Abstract:The curves of DTA and TG in air for three kinds of polycrystalline diamond (PCD) compacts were analyzed, and the morphology of PCD samples heated by Hi-frequency induction heating were observed by utilizing the micrographs of SEM. Then, combining the curves of DTA and the micrographs of SEM, we ascertained the starting oxidation temperature on DTA as the characteristic temperature of thermal stability. Furthermore, based on the grey system theory, we analyzed two important factors influencing the thermal stability by the grey relationship analysis, and derived the grey relationship sequence, that is, the rank of the influence extent of two factors on the thermal stability. As a result, the influence of PCD of cobalt binder on the thermal stability is greater than that of the starting grain size of diamond.
