火炮身管强度设计理论和安全系数的研究

摘    要:提出了一种火炮身管强度设计的新方法和基于该方法的安全系数选择方案,分析了身管强度失效过程.运用弹塑性变形的基本理论提出了一种允许小塑性变形发生在身管内膛公差范围内的强度设计方法,给出了其理论依据和具体操作方法.通过分析已有的身管强度数据资料,确定了安全系数选择的初步方案.该设计方法基本反映了目前我国制式火炮身管的现状,为火炮身管设计更新提供了参考.
