| 摘 要： | 从虚拟企业产品设计和开发过程出发，着重分析了其分层嵌套的产品设计特点和对潜在制造合作伙伴制造能力进行评价的过程。在此基础上借鉴ISO9000族标准关于产品设计和开发的过程方法，探讨了虚拟企业产品设计和开发策划、过程控制、更改控制的具体方案。
