橡胶旋转(一步法)注射成型技术研究的进展

注射成型在塑料加工中的应用已经十分广泛，但在橡胶行业中由于受到注射压力，胶料配方，注射容量等的制约而未能广泛应用。橡胶螺杆旋转（一步法）注射成型技术将传统的二步法注射成型（先塑化再注射）变成塑化注射同步（一步）进行，作者对螺杆旋转（一步法）注射成型技术的旋转注射压力，注射能力，注射温度和旋转注射的密封套试样进行试验，得出了螺杆旋（一步法）注射成型技术能够用于工业生产的结论，并选择螺杆旋转（一步法）注射成型轮胎胶囊作为工业化试验的课题，虽然在试验中出现了一些问题，但经过研究后认为只要提高设备的性能就能解决问题，本文认为橡胶螺杆旋转（一步法）注射成型型技术突破了传统的注射成型的注射容量问题，同时缩小了设备的体积，是一种先进的新技术，但要作为一种通用性的新技术去推广，去工业化，仍然需要做很多工作。

Progress of rotating ( one step )injection technique for rubber

Injection molding being used in the processing of plastics industry widely, but this has not widely used in rubber industryfor the limited functions such as injection pressure, compound formulations and injection volume and so on. The injection moldingtechnique (one step) of rubber screw rotation is instead of the traditional two steps injection molding method (prior plastifing theninjection). The writer has the sleeve of the rotation injection pressure, injection ability, injection temperature tested for one step processing.The results of one step injection molding technique can be applied for the industry production and the subject of injection molding bladderwith one step as test can be choosed for the industry. This article represents that the rubber screw rotation (one step) injection moldingtechnique is over the traditional injection volume, less space of equipment occupied, advanced technology, but as a general new tech. forthe industry, it needs more work to do.
