摩托车自行车用橡胶坐垫研制

橡胶坐垫由橡胶层、布基型锡铂纸(面层)和弹簧骨架组成，适合于摩托车、自行车在夏季使用。该坐垫整体柔软、乘坐舒适、可随车座形状不同而相应变形；锡铂能反射太阳光，太阳曝晒下坐垫不发烫；该坐垫上有许多小孔，这些小孔与弹簧内孔贯通，橡胶坐垫不但透气性好，而且在摩托车、自行车行驶时，空气可从敞开的弹簧内孔中流过，通过小孔将凉爽的气流传递到面层，乘坐(或骑车)人臀部清凉舒适。

Development of a New Rubber Mattress

The rubber mattress consists of rubber layer, cloth-based silver paper (as a cover) and spring skeleton and is mainly used for motorcycle and bicycle in summer. It is soft, comfortable and flexible; the silver paper can reflect sunlight so that it will not become warm after exposure to sunlight for a long time; many poles which penetrate through internal poles of springs make the mattress have good ventilation and let air flow easily to the surface to ensure it comfortable for users.
