灵芝水提取液抗突变作用实验研究

为开发灵芝的保健功能 ,对灵芝水提取液的抗突变作用进行了研究。用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠睾丸染色体畸变试验和体外哺乳动物细胞 (V79 HGPRT)试验对灵芝水提取液的抗突变作用进行评价。结果显示 ,灵芝水提取液对环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠骨细胞微核发生率有明显的抑制作用 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;对丝裂霉素诱导的中国仓鼠V79细胞的基因突变有抑制作用 ,与对照组相比 ,中、高剂量组的差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;对环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠睾丸细胞染色体畸变无明显影响。在本试验条件下 ,灵芝水提取液有一定的抗突变作用

Study on antimutagenic effect of the aqueous extract of ganoderma lucidum

The antimutangenic effect of the aqueous extract ganoderma lucidum (AEGL)were studied. The mice micronucleus test of bone marrow cell, the chromosome aberration test in mice testicle cells and the in vitro mammalian cell gene mutation test had been done. The results showed that the micronuclei frequency induced by cyclophosphamidum in mice bone marrow cell and gene forward mutation rates induced by mitomycinc in V79 cell were both inhibited significantly by the AEGL, but it had no effect on the chromosome aberration induced by cyclophosphamidum in mice testis cell. It indicated that the AEGL had preventive effects on DNA damage in body cell.
