草酸催化合成苹果酯

摘    要:以草酸为催化剂,乙酰乙酸乙酯与乙二醇反应合成苹果酯。考察了草酸催化剂用量、原料摩尔比、反应时间诸因素对苹果酯产品收率的影响。实验结果表明,草酸是合成苹果酯的良好催化剂,在乙酰乙酸乙酯与乙二醇摩尔比为1:1.2,催化剂用量为反应物总量的1.3%,苯为带水剂,其用量为30mL,反应时间4h的优化条件下,苹果酯的收率达85.2%。

Abstract:Fructone was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and glycol in the presence of oxalic acid. The effects of dosage of oxalic acid as catalyst, molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to glycol and reaction time on the yield of product were examined. The result showed that oxalic acid was a good catalyst for synthesis of fructone. The yield of product was up to 85 .2 % under optimum reaction conditions including molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to glycol 1:1.2, dosage of catalyst used 1.3% (based on the total mass of reactants) ,dosage of benzene as water - carrying agent 30 mL, reaction time 4 hours.
