基于PLC技术的中小型回转窑风煤控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍了一种基于PLC编程实现PID控制的回转窑风煤控制技术和方法,阐述了PLC控制系统的工作流程,并设计出PID控制器的软硬件结构。通过实践表明,该控制系统设计方案能有效地改善传统风煤控制系统中所出现的调节波动大、喂煤精度不高等问题,节省了实际煤耗,对发展环保型绿色水泥工业具有积极的意义。
