摘    要:以糯米粉为原料,研制高档啤酒标签胶。对基料选择、粘接强度、干燥速度、耐水性等影响因素进行了探讨,通过实验确定最佳工艺条件和生产配方,其性能满足啤酒高速贴标机25000~36000只/h的工作要求。

Abstract:The preparation of adhesive for sticking label to beer bottle with glutinous rice flour as raw material is studied. The factors such as selection of basic raw materials, adhesive strength, drying speed, water resistance etc. which influence the adhesive properties are probed. The optimal conditions and production formulation are determined by experiment. The properties of the product can meet the working requirement of high speed sticking label machine of 25000 ~ 36000 piece/h.
