碳纤维加固混凝土梁的耐腐蚀性试验分析

摘    要:为了解碳纤维加固混凝土构件在海洋等腐蚀环境下的耐久性,在荷载与海水共同作用条件下对7根采用不同碳纤维加固方式的混凝土梁进行了试验研究,试验结果表明碳纤维包裹层通过约束混凝土、延缓裂缝处混凝土的退化、阻断盐水的通道等来阻止腐蚀性离子向混凝土内部渗透,并进一步阻止电化学反应的发生;采用碳纤维加固混凝土梁是可行的,加固后的混凝土梁的力学指标和耐久性指标都得到了不同程度的提高,但是采取的加固防护形式不同,对混凝土梁的耐久性指标有较大的影响,在实际工程中应合理的选择加固方式.

Abstract:To investigate the service life and effectiveness of CFRP repair and strengthening techniques in corrosive marine environment,this paper presents an experimental study on corrosive emulate marine environment with 7 different beams of CFRP repaired and strengthened.It is concluded that CFRP wraps will affect the migration of ions into the concrete and hinder the electro-chemical progress of corrosion through confining the concrete,slowing deterioration from cracking and spalling,and inhibiting the passage of salt water.Both the reliability index of concrete structure and the resistance to corrosion are enhanced inevitably.The method of reinforcing RC beam with CFRP can enhance the durability of concrete in corrosive marine environment,but there are different results according to different reinforcement methods,as a result,it needs to choose the reasonable reinforcement method.
