| 摘 要： | 电子产品的可靠性是产品质量的一个重要指标,在电子产品的研制生产中,需要通过有效的可靠性设计和试验来保证产品的质量及可靠性要求.结合目前国内外有关文献资料、可靠性试验技术和实践经验,重点对电子产品可靠性试验方法--可靠性统计试验方法与技术进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | Reliability is an important specification for electronic products quality, this puts forward new requirements to relevant product reliability, and the effective design and test of reliability will be required for guarantee of the product quality and reliability. Combined with the documents and material of internal and overseas, reliability test technology and practice experience, the general test method of electro-optic warfare product reliability, i.e. the statistics test method and its technology, is discussed. |
