激光长度测量的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种利用激光多普勒效应测量物体长度的方法,给出了测量光路结构并推导出了激光测长原理:主要是利用激光多普勒效应来测量运动物体的速度,进而测量出物体长度.由于采用计算机进行信号处理,其测量精度误差小于1%.由于它属于非接触性测量,适合于电缆、管材、布匹及纸张等产品生产过程中的实时测量

Abstract:A new method of measure the length by laser Doppler effect is introduced.Its optical structure and results of the measuring theory by laser is described.Its measuring accuracy is better than 1% with computer processor.This measuring method belongs to noncontact measurement and can be used for measuring the length of various electrical line,metal materials,paper and so on in industrial production.
