摘    要:单芯铠装热电偶是重庆市大正温度仪表有限公司研制的新产品,是一种全新结构的热电偶,开创了热电偶新概念,使人们对热电偶从制造到应用都有了全新的认识。单芯铠装热电偶因其正负极具有相互独立的绝缘和套管结构,偶芯直径相对较粗,正极和负极可以择优配对,所以测温精度高,制造合格率高,焊接容易,可靠性高,柔韧性好,实现了简易热电偶方法。本文从单芯铠装热电偶的技术现状、制造成本、应用前景、应用方式等方面进行了分析和说明,希望对单芯铠装热电偶的推厂和使用提供一些帮助。

Abstract:Mineral insulated thermocouple with one conductor and a sheath is a new product developed by Duchina Temperature Instrument Co., Ltd in Chongqing. It makes people has a new cognition for the thermocouple from manufacturing to application due to its new structure and new concept. This thermocouple has high precision of temperature and passing rate of manufacturing, easy welding, high reliability and flexibility because it has the coarse dual-core diameter, casing and insulation structure and best pair of its anode and cathode. It achieved easy and simple measuring way in practice. The paper analyzed and explained current technology, manufacturing costs, application prospects and ways for mineral insulated thermocouples with one conductor and a sheath and hopes to be helpful for its promotion and application.
