摘    要:研究了界面区组分的梯度分布对水泥基材料层状结构力学性能的影响,在非均匀应变模型的基础上,讨论了界面区组分梯度变化所表现的界面应力行为.结果表明,界面区组分梯度分布可以有效缓解界面残余应力,从而明显改善结构整体的力学行为.

Abstract:The effects of the component gradient distribution at interfacial zone between the layers on mechanical behaivor of the layered cement-based materials were studied. The residual stress at the interfacial zone was also discussed according to the inhomogeneous strain model. The analyzing results indicate that the mismatch of thermal expand coefficient and humidity expand coefficient, and the residual stress at the interfacial zone between the layers are greatly decreased. So the mechanical behavior of the layered structures are effectively improved. The test results also show that the tensile and flexural strength of the layered structure in which the components are gradient distribution can be obviously improved.
