| 摘 要： | 针对钢结硬质合金(DT40)和模具钢(Cr12)异种材料的真空扩散焊接性问题,研究了有关中间过渡层的合金成分和填加方法对焊接工艺和接头质量的影响,使焊接接头获得了令人满意的结合强度,采用金相分析,扫描电镜和能谱分析等先进的研究方法对接头组织、元素扩散情况和拉伸断口形貌进行了研究,并就刷镀过渡层在真空扩散焊接过程中的作用机理进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Dealing with the weldability of the steel-bonded hard alloy DT40 and the tool steel Cr12,the effect of interlayer metals near the bonded interface on a vaccum diffusing process and the mechanical properties of the bonded specimens were investigated.The interlayers were made in different Ni-base alloys and added by different methods such as powders,cold rolled foils and brush plating films.The joint was successfully bonded and the tensile strength of the joint was high.The connectivity of the joint was examed by mechanical dectection,metallograph,SEM and EDPX analyses.This paper also discussed the principle of the diffusing welding process adopted the interlayers added by brush plating films. |
