| Abstract: | Through analyzing existing problems in the current phase of project construction cost management and aiming at improving economic benefits of the project,project construction cost management measures were proposed.Scientific and applied measures were used to reduce cost and achieve dynamic costs management.Through costs management,economic efficiency of construction enterprises is improved. |
