Abstract:Micro-analysis techniques such as TEM,WDX and others are used to study precipitated phases in GH2027 high temperature alloy. The results show that the main precipitated phases at the grain boundary are flaked M6C and film-like M23C6 carbides, the misfit ratio measured by the wave pattern between M6C and M23C6 is about 3%,both M6C and M23C6precipitated in grains as twin in its {111}plane respectively and keep coherent with austenitic matrix. VC carbides precpitate in fine globular in the matrix and in chain along dislocations.
