酚醛树脂在陶瓷摩擦材料中的作用及其对摩擦性能的影响

摘    要:制备了不同含量丁腈橡胶改性酚醛树脂的陶瓷摩擦材料,并分析了改性树脂在材料中的作用及其对摩擦性能的影响。树脂含量在一定范围内(14.6%~23.6%),摩擦材料的摩擦性能好。为了评价用国家标准GB5763.1998测定的摩擦性能,提出了一个新的综合磨损率的定量表征方法。

Abstract:Automotive ceramic friction materials were prepared with different contents of phenolic resin modified by nitril rubber(NBR) particulates.The effects of modified phenolic resin on friction performance of ceramic friction materials were analyzed.The experimental results show that there is a critical composition of modified phenolic resin in the friction materials.When the contents of phenolic resin are 14.6%~23.6%,the friction materials have excellent friction stability.In order to evaluate the friction performance determined by GB5763-1998,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on friction stability and integrative wear is proposed.
