摘    要:针对高性能航空透明件等大型卷曲曲面逆向工程测量的便利性、建模效率与精度的需要,提出了一类大型卷曲复杂曲面的B样条精确建模方法。首先利用高精度激光跟踪仪得到卷曲模型的系列截面数据,采用迭代算法计算出用于数据参数化的点集回转轴线,实现了各截面数据的序化;其次,为保证模型边界的准确性和样条曲面等参数线不发生扭曲,提出了点集的边界延拓方法,形成了双向有序的建模数据。最后,为提高样条曲面的控制点阵列和满足下游加工操作的需要,提出了采用截面扫略技术实现该类大型复杂曲面的单张曲面建模。实例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
