摘    要:将电絮凝技术、斜板沉淀过滤技术及电渗析脱盐技术有机结合,成功地开发了循环水系统排污水回用成套工业化技术,并建成了工业试验装置。该装置出水水质稳定,处理后各项出水可以作为循环水系统的补水。回用水打入循环水系统后,可以使循环水浓缩倍数从3倍提高到5倍左右,且水处理效果满足循环水标准。

Abstract:Electrical coagulation technology, tilting plate precipitating tank filtrating technology and electrodialysis technology were combined properly in this paper. Industrial application technology for the reuse sewage of circulating cooling water system was developed successfully and industrial experiment device was established. The water quality was stable which could serve as makeup water after treated. The water was pumped back to circulating cooling water system, and the concentration of the citculating water was raised from 3 to 5 times.
