| Abstract: | How to, use the idea of intellectual supervision and the tactics for developing the service of creation and innovation becomes the key to continuing our library. The library must break the traditional service model so that it can develop the function to the full. There should be an improvement and adjustment on the stage of service, the quality of service,the ways of service and the strueture of the collection of books. |
