鞍钢超低磷钢生产实践

摘    要:针对不同的工艺路线开展了超低磷钢生产技术研究,结合各生产线的装备特点,开发出各自的深脱磷方法。实现了双渣法转炉出钢磷含量小于0.006 0%、双联法转炉出钢磷含量在0.003 0%~0.005 0%之间的目标,并在生产超低磷钢试验中磷含量达到了0.001 8%的实绩。

Abstract:Research on the technology for making ultra-low phosphorus molten steel with re- gard to different processes for steelmaking is carried out. In consideration of the features of equip ments equipped by different production lines, different methods for carrying out the deep dephos- phorization in each of production lines are developed. And as a result the content of phosphorus in steel at tapping is less than 60×10-6 by converter double slag melting process while the content of phosphorus in steel can reach (30-50)×10-6 by converter duplex melting process. During industri- al production test the content of phosphorus in steel is 18×l0-6in making ultra-low phosphorus molten steel by converter.
