新型压裂液配液站设计及应用

摘    要:针对压裂液配液效率低,胶粉计量不准确,劳动强度大,易产生"水包粉"现象等问题,改变原始的配液工艺,采用配液专用设备和自动化配液技术,设计了新型压裂液配液站。该站具有大流量、高质量、自动化、粘度快速释放等特点。生产试运行阶段,配液站15个工作日累计配制石油压裂基液4420m3,平均每天配制295m3,单日最高配液600m3。设备运行稳定,发液速度快,真正实现了自动、高效配液。

Abstract:The previous fracturing fluid preparation technology has the disadvantages of low efficiency,inexact measurement of gelatine powder,high labor intensity and frequent occurrence of powder-in-water ,therefore a kind of new-type fracturing fluid preparation station was designed by changing the original fluid preparation technique.
