玉米秸秆增强氟石膏纸面石膏板研制

摘    要:以氟石膏为原料、玉米秸秆纤维为增强材料,来生产纸面石膏板.研究了制品的性能与机械化生产流程.通过添加复合激发剂激发氟石膏活性,并利用SEM分析了改性后氟石膏结晶后的形貌,研究了纤维表面的处理及掺加工艺对制品性能的影响,结果表明,用先掺法加入1.5%处理后的玉米秸秆纤维,制品的抗折、抗压强度均有一定程度的提高.

Abstract:Using fluorogypsum as raw material, reinforced by corn straw fiber, a kind of fluorogypsum thistle board was prepared. The performance and the formula for manufacturing thistle board were studied. Using SEM analysis, this paper also studied the crystallization of modified fluorogypsum and the treatment of the fi ber surface. The influence of mixing process on the properties of products was discussed. The result shows that adding 1.5% treated cornstalk fi bers will enhance the bending and compressive strength to a certain degree.
