| Abstract: | The experimental and theoretical model for studying displacement oscillation of collapsible tube are set up in the recent paper. The governing equation of the displacement oscillation is solved by using perturbation theory. A criterion has been presented for the prediction of the setting on of this new type oscillation, and three different flow state regions have been shown. The influence of flow velocity and tube wall viscosity on these regions is discussed, finally. |
