摘    要:本文从温度测试系统设计角度介绍了传感器的选用原则。成功运用智能PID解决了结构和参数不完全掌握的被控对象问题,该智能PID同时也解决了一个不具有精确数学模型的温度控制问题。较好地解决了因热处理工艺更改而对热处理设备改造的实际问题。

Abstract:This article introduces the principle of the selecting sensor, basing on the design of the temperature Control system. It is successful to utitize intelligent PID to solve the control object whose structure and parameter have not been obtained completely. Simultaneously, the intelligent PID can deal with a temperature control problem that has not the precise mathematical model. It is better to solve the practical problem that the heat treating equipment was transformed with the heat treatment craft changing.
