故障树分析法在油气田RTU故障分析中的应用

摘    要:随着油气田数字化技术的不断进步,油气田远程终端单元RTU故障诊断技术成为保障油气田数字化系统正常运行的关键因素。为了解决油气田远程终端单元RTU多故障、不便人力监管的问题,提出了用故障树分析法对RTU实际故障进行定性分析。首先采用演绎法建立RTU故障树,然后根据故障树进行故障诊断,结果证明,利用故障树分析法能够及时找出并分析故障原因,从而达到了提高油气田数据采集稳定性和生产效率的目的。

Abstract:With the development of the oil and gas digital technology,the oil and gas field RTU fault diagnosis is the key technology to ensure the oil and gas digital system normal operation.In order to solve the problem of oil and gas field RTU multi-fault and inconvenience to human supervision,an effective technique-Fault Tree Analysis Method is proposed to analyze the actual fault.The method can identify and analyze the cause of faults in time,thus it improves the production and efficiency.
