摘    要:采用PLC智能控制的方法,设计制作了一套PLC触摸屏控制的某型雷达独立实习单元。系统以S7-200 PLC的CPU模块及扩展模块组成控制单元,实现了对雷达电源模块、预调器模块、激励插件和正交信号产生器等部件提供各类电源及信号供给,兼有系统环境温湿度和电源电流监控功能,使雷达部件能够脱离雷达设备环境而独立通电实验,拓展了雷达实验项目,提高了设备实习效率。

Abstract:A set of radar independent practice unit controlled by PLC touching screen with the PLC intelligent control the method has been designed.The system control unit is composed of S7-200 PLC CPU module and the expansion module.The power source and the signal are supplied for the radar power module,the pre-set tuning module,the EX exciter plug-in unit and the quadrate signal producer.The system also has the function of environment humiture and the supply current monitoring,which enabled the radar part to be sepa...
