油墨连接料用聚酰胺树脂的研制

摘    要:当前我国现有厂家生产的油墨用聚酰胺树脂绝大多数还是以苯、二甲苯等作为溶剂,对环境造成很大的危害。醇溶性聚酰胺树脂因其良好的应用性能和环境友好性而越来越受到关注。介绍了一种由二聚酸、丙酸、二元胺为原料,在氮气保护下通过共缩聚反应制备而成的醇溶性聚酰胺树脂。探讨了酸、胺组分物料配比以及时间、温度等反应条件对合成聚酰胺树脂性能的影响。结果表明,该聚酰胺树脂具有较好的醇溶性、较低的酸值、胺值和适宜的软化点、黏度,非常适合作为塑印油墨的连接料。
