| 摘 要： | 介绍了混凝土结构房屋质量检测及抗震鉴定工作的主要内容及方法，采用软件计算和相关鉴定标准相结合的方法进行了结构抗震验算，提出了梁、柱等承载力不足构件的加固方法，以提高建筑物的抗震性能，从而满足相关规范的要求。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the contents and methods of quality inspection and seismic appraiser for concrete structure buildings are presented. Use the method of software calculate and some standard appraisen to seismic checking computations for structure, some strengthening methods are given for beam, column etc. inadequate capacity elements to improve the seismic performance of buildings and meet the relevant specifications requirements. |
