摘    要:采用无水四硼酸锂-偏硼酸锂混合熔剂熔融制样,建立了用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)法测定氧化钼中MoO3、CuO、SiO2、CaO、Fe2O35种组分的方法。以Mo为主要分析元素分别对仪器参数、分析谱线、标准曲线进行了研究,并详细讨论了熔融法制样过程中熔剂的选择、熔融温度和熔融时间的确定、脱模剂的选择。该法用于分析氧化钼样品,同湿法结果相吻合,能满足生产中氧化钼样品中5种组分分析的需要。

Abstract:The samples were prepared by fusion method using mixed flux fusion. The determination of MoO3, CuO, SiO2, CaO and Fe2 03 in molybdenum oxide samples by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) was established. This paper studied the in- strument parameters, spectral analysis, standard curves using Mo as the main element and discussed in detail in choice of mol- ten flux, fusion temperature, fusion time and release agent during sample preparation. It showes that the results found by this method were in good agreement with those obtained by wet method, which could meet the measurement requirements of molyb- denum oxide.
