关于化工设备中高温结构的设计问题

摘    要:过去对高温设备进行设计时,没有合理地考虑高温结构给化工设备带来的影响,对局部结构膨胀、高温材料的膨胀、化学工艺设备膨胀量等方面缺乏考虑,从而为化工生产的安全运行带来不利影响。为使化工设备设计中的缺陷得以解决,讨论了化工设备高温结构的设计问题。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's chemical industry in recent years,the production,equipment efficiency and safety degree of equipment also need to be urgently improved.Therefore,the temperature in the chemical structure of the device is the most important,which plays an important role in the safe operation of chemical equipment.It also increases the lifespan of chemical equipment.Thus,designers should pay more attention.Many designers in the past did not consider properly what impact high temperature structure would have on chemical equipmente,such as local structural expansion,expansion of high-temperature materials,chemical equipment expansion and other aspects,so that the safe operation of chemical production is adversely affected by such defects chemical equipment design.This paper discusses the design problems of high-temperature structure for the flaws in chemical equipment design.
