HTPB包覆RDX效果影响因素研究

摘    要:采用端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)通过2种不同方法包覆RDX,对比样品的性能测试结果,研究了HTPB的含量及工艺条件对包覆效果的影响。结果表明,影响悬浮法包覆效果的主要因素是HTPB质量分数,且其质量分数增大可以明显改善包覆效果;减小撞击感度,HTPB的四氯化碳溶液的滴加速度对包覆效果无显著影响;溶剂蒸发法中采用TDI与HTPB同时加入包覆效果好,HTPB所占比例同样是影响包覆效果的主要因素。

Abstract:HTPB coated with RDX have been prepared through two approaches, and the comparative properties of samples, as well as the effects of HTRB ratio and synthetic conditions on the goodness of coating have also been demonstrated. The results show that the major factor effecting the coating is the HTRB ratio by using the suspension, and it is revealed that the increasing of HTRB ratio may improve the coating and lead to the decreasing of impact sensitivity. However, the addition speed of HTRB/CC14 solution hardly affects the coating process. HTRB ratio is also the major factor effecting the coating by using the solvent evaporation, moreover, the adding of TDI and HTRB at a time results in the better coating of sample.
