余氯及其终止液对饮用水致变性性影响的试验研究

摘    要:本文对饮用水余氯在进树脂柱前的终止与否以及终止液对Ames试验结果的影响进行了研究。结果表明,余氯的终止与否对Ames试验结果影响较大,甚至有可能改变水样的致突变性;余氯终止液硫代硫酸钠会分解或掩盖一部分致突变有机物,使致突活性减弱。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of the residual chlorine in drinking water and its elimination agent on the effect of Ames test is investigated. The results show that the residual chlorine is eliminated or not befor the water sample passing through the resin column affects greatly the effect of Ames test, even may be changed the mutagenic activity of drinking water. Using Na2S2O3to eliminate the residual chlorine can decrease or cover some of the mutagenic activity.
