氨制冷螺杆压缩机组噪声源分析

摘    要:对某制药厂的开启式螺杆压缩机组的噪声源进行分析,根据所测噪声及振动信号,判断噪声的主要来源及其故障,制定相应的降低噪声方案,设计并使用降噪装置,使降噪达到理想效果,为其它螺杆机组的振动及噪声处理提供了参考。

Abstract:Analyze the noise source of open screw compressor, judge the main noise source and machine fault according to measures the noise and the vibration signal, formulates the corresponding project of noise reduction, consider the machine layout in the workshop and the operation at the same time, then design and fit noise reduction equipment, get well effect of noise reduction, providing the reference for solve the vibration and noise fault of the screw compressor.
