| 摘 要： | 800 kV无机粘接高压开关用瓷绝缘子是800 kV断路器和GIS出线套管的关键部件。根据800 kV断路器和GIS出线套管的技术要求,介绍了800 kV无机粘接开关用瓷绝缘子的设计、制造及试验等研制情况。针对毛坯挤制、修坯、干燥、烧成及粘接中的技术关键,提出了气氛控制、接口控制、研磨芯杆等工艺方案和措施。试验结果表明,产品通过了所要求的试验。

| Abstract: | 800 kV inorganic jointing hollow porcelain insulator for high voltage switchgear is a key device in 800 kV circuit breakers and GIS switchgear bushing.According to technical requirements of the 800 kV circuit breakers and GIS switchgear bushing to hollow porcelain insulator,the design,manufacture and test in the trial produce of 800 kV hollow porcelain insulator are introduced.According to the key technologies of blank extrusion,trimming,drying,burning and bonding,the technology scheme and measures of climate control,interface control,grind core rod are proposed.The test results show that the products passed all the experiments that required. |
