低压安注泵及安全壳喷淋泵轴套擦痕问题的原因分析

摘    要:对低压安注泵及安全壳喷淋泵在性能试验阶段反复发生轴套擦痕的成因进行了分析,认为卡套联轴器存在结构问题,轴跳动、动态挠度、振动过大是其造成轴套擦痕的主要影响因素,从制造和设计两方面对泵的改进进行了探讨。

Abstract:For the sleeve scratch defects occured on the low head safety injection pump and containment spray pump during performance test,the causes are analyzed.The structure of muff coupling,shaft runout,dynamic deflection,high vibration are thought as the main factors,and the way is discussed to improve the pump from manufacturing and design.
