摘    要:在进行金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)的直流1 mA参考电压U_(1mA)及0.75 U_(1mA)下的泄漏电流测量时,MOA的安装位置对试验起着一定的制约作用。以±800 kV楚雄换流站直流场金属氧化物避雷器试验为例,综述了800 kV五节、500 kV三节、多支并联单节、多支并联双节的无间隙金属氧化物避雷器的试验方法。分别对参考电压由上至下有着增大或减小趋势的多节避雷器提出了各自的不拆引线试验方法;依据现场试验经验提出了多支并联的双节避雷器借助绝缘杆的不拆引线试验方法和多支并联的单节避雷器且下法兰连接在一起的避雷器(震荡装置避雷器、串补平台避雷器等)采用竖立绝缘杆,仅改接高压加压线的高效试验方法,并简要对下法兰未连接在一起的多支并联的单节避雷器提出了多支共同加压,同时测量的试验方法。经过现场试验的验证,上述方法在保证工作安全和质量的前提下,可以提高试验效率。

Abstract:During the leakage current measurement of Metal Oxide Arrester(MOA) with the reference voltage DC 1mA and 0.75 U1mA,installed location has a restraining effect on MOA test.Taking the MOA test of±800 kV Chuxiong Converter Station as example,the test methods of seamless metal oxide lightning arrester of 800 kV five sections,500 kV three sections,multi-branch single section and multi -branch double sections are summarized.The test methods without demolishing lead respectively for multi-section arresters with increasing or decreasing trend of reference voltage from top to bottom are proposed.It is proposed that test method of multi-branch shunt double section arrester without demolishing lead using insulating rod,and a efficient test method of multi-branch shunt single section arrester whose bottom flanges are connected(concussion lightning arrester device and Series compensation platform lightning arrester) using upright insulating rod changing adding voltage wire according to experience. The test method of adding voltage and measure simultaneously multi-branches shunt single arrester whose bottom flanges are not connected is proposed.Through field experiment validation,these methods could improve test efficiency on condition that ensures the quality and safety of work.
