| 摘 要： | 城市规划公共决策是城市规划作为一项公共政策的制定和实施过程。在决策理论基础上,本文通过对国内外城市规划公共决策的研究现状进行梳理和比较,对研究的差异性及研究重点领域等相关问题进行评论和总结,拟对我国城市规划公共决策发展提出建议。

| Abstract: | The public decision-making is taken as the process of formulation and implementation of urban planning as a public policy.On the basis of decision-making theories,this paper reviews the domestic and international literature in this f ield,and summarizes and comments on the disparities and priorities of different researches.This paper intends to provide constructive suggestions to China’s public decision-making of urban planning. |
